Roark Properties, Inc was founded in 1986 and has developed numerous properties in Nacogdoches, Brazoria and Williamson counties. Our primary focus is developing large tracts into residential subdivisions but we have also been involved in new home construction and commercial development.
Edwin Roark
President/Broker
Edwin is a 2nd generation Real-Estate Developer. He grew up in east Texas as part of a family business that subdivided over 600 acres into residential and commercial developments in Nacogdoches County. He became a Texas Real Estate Broker in 1980 and has been involved in various aspects of real estate ever since.
Benjamin Roark
Analyst
Ben is a recent graduate from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor with a BBA in Marketing and Management Information Systems. In 2019, he decided to change career paths from a Software Consultant to being a 3rd generation Real-Estate Developer.
